The main pulmonary artery appears slightly dilated, distal to the affected pulmonary artery, patchy consolidation and ground-glass opacities are observed in the right lower lobe, suggesting pulmonary infarction due to compromised blood flow ★.  Represents pulmonary infarction, and ➡ representing filling defect.
